Welcome to Speakr, owned and operated by Bytesand AI LLC. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Speakr.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if misuse is detected.

2. Accounts

• You must sign in using Google to use Speakr.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Speakr is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription basis.
• Payments are processed through the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Intellectual Property

• All app content, visuals, and software belong to Bytesand AI LLC.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

5. Voice and AI Features

• Speakr uses OpenAI for AI responses.
• By using Speakr, you consent to your voice being processed through AI APIs for functionality.
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon for legal, financial, or medical decisions.

6. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is collected and used.

By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described there.

7. Disclaimer

Speakr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bytesand AI LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use Speakr.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
